This camp is devoted to the development of fundamental individual Water Polo skills as well as advanced team exercises and strategies.
Each player will go through two Sessions sub-divided to classroom and pool lessons. Session 1 will be covering fundamental Water Polo skills such as positioning, passing, shooting, and blocking. Classroom/Dry lesson for this session will be devoted to additional exercises which will help to develop basic WP skills outside of the pool. Session 2 will be devoted to team exercises: counterattacks, men up/down, 6 on 6 defensive/offensive strategies. Classroom lesson will break down most commonly used defensive/offensive strategies.
Special attention to Goalkeepers: basics, exercises, strategies.
Questions will be encouraged during both sessions.
